Document first

The graph you see is a view of the design document. Every change goes into the document and the canvas re-reads it, which is what lets the same file play in an embed, a display or a render.

Inputs that ask permission once

The audio and camera nodes go through the platform’s media latch: one explicit request, remembered, never re-prompted after a refusal.
